These terms cover your use of military-benefits.academy, run by TODO: company legal name ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we do
We collect your quote request and pass it to EverQuote, Inc., an online insurance marketplace, which connects you with insurers, agents and other companies on its partner list. We are not an insurance company, agent or broker. We don't sell insurance, give insurance advice or recommend a policy. Quotes, prices, coverage and approval come from the companies that contact you, and we can't promise you'll get any quote or a particular price.
We are not a government site
Military Benefits Academy is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, and we don't provide government benefits.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. The information you give must be true and about you, or about other drivers who agreed to let you share it.
Calls, texts and emails
The consent statement shown above the "Get my quotes" button explains who may contact you and how. You can take back that consent at any time: reply STOP to a text, ask a caller to stop calling, or email hello@military-benefits.academy.
Fair use
Don't send requests in someone else's name without their permission, use bots or scripts on the form, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content for your own business.
Other companies
EverQuote, insurers and agents are separate companies with their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for what they do, the products they offer or how they contact you. Company names on this site belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them, not to suggest they endorse us.
Our content
The site's text, design and code belong to us. You may read and share pages for personal use. ZIP code data comes from GeoNames under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, and vehicle models from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and running but don't promise it will be error-free or always available, and nothing on it is professional insurance, legal or financial advice.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and disputes go to the state or federal courts there.
